AMELIA: Welcome to our podcast, where we explore the world of occupational health and safety, and the exciting opportunities it holds. I'm your host, Amelia, and I'm thrilled to be joined today by Paul, an expert in the field and one of the key instructors of our Postgraduate Certificate in Developing a Business Case for Occupational Health and Safety. Paul, thanks for taking the time to chat with me today. PAUL: Thank you, Amelia. It's a pleasure to be here and share my passion for occupational health and safety. AMELIA: So, Paul, can you tell us a bit about the Postgraduate Certificate and what it's designed to achieve? What kind of skills and knowledge can students expect to gain from this program? PAUL: Absolutely. Our Postgraduate Certificate is specifically designed to equip students with the expertise and skills to drive change and create a safer, healthier work environment. We focus on developing a business case for OHS initiatives, engaging stakeholders, and measuring return on investment. By the end of the program, students will have a deep understanding of how to develop effective OHS strategies that align with their organization's goals and objectives. AMELIA: That's fantastic.
